1. Cancellations by Learners

● Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the course start time will result in a charge of 50% of the course fee, which compensates the instructor for their preparation and lost booking opportunity.
2. Cancellations by Instructors
● Instructor Responsibility: Instructors are required to notify learners of a cancellation at least 48 hours in advance, except in cases of emergency.
● Replacement Sessions: In the event of a cancellation by an instructor, they should offer to reschedule the session at a mutually agreeable time.
3. Subscription Management
Subscription Acquisition
